Thankfully, he's thrown in jail for trespassing, so Emma has some time to figure it out. 2. Sutton's car, which has been missing since the night she died, turns up abandoned in Sabino Canyon…and there's blood on it.
Oh, where to begin! The girls assumed that Ambrose killed himself because he was about to be accused of inappropriate behavior with the girls. He had drawn them all and if taken out of context it looked suspicious. In fact, the morning after they dumped Ambrose in the reach, the girls were asked to leave the school because of the "inappropriate" behavior. Instead.... Luc poisoned Ambrose with heroin. Ambrose had discovered that Luc and Kate were sleeping together and Ambrose was not okay with that, as he had raised them as siblings. The note left behind by Ambrose appeared to be a suicide note, but really it was Ambrose forgiving him and telling them to not look back. Flash forward to when things were falling apart. Luc was placing suspicion on Kate, but really it was him. They were all at the mill house when a fire started. Isa's baby was asleep upstairs. 3. Laurel and the Lying Game girls decide to prank Ethan—to stop it, Emma and Ethan go public that they're dating (even if it would be an odd choice for Sutton). 4. Emma's suspicions about Mr. Vega are confirmed—he's abusive to both Thayer and Mads. It's why Thayer ran away. 5. Someone hit Thayer with Sutton's car the night she was killed. Laurel came and took him to the hospital, but who could have been trying to hurt Thayer? And did that person stick around and kill Sutton? 1. Garrett and Thayer get into a fight because Thayer can't stand him bad-mouthing Sutton. There's some jealousy between Thayer and Ethan, and while Emma is happy with Ethan, she can't completely ignore the way Thayer makes her feel. 2. A prank at school pulled by four freshmen gets blamed on the Lying Game girls AND gets the Harvest dance cancelled. But Emma and her friends throw their own party to make it up to everyone—except the freshmen wannabes. 3. Thayer thinks it was Mr. Mercer who ran him down that night in Sabino—Thayer saw him with another woman before Mr. Mercer spotted them and chased after them.

It said plenty of times she is trying to be Sutton and be friends with her at the same time, that is what Ethan Landry said at least. In the past, she dated Sutton's, now ex, boyfriend, Garrett Austin. He dumped Charlotte for Sutton. Charlotte had broad shoulders and when the killer strangled Emma, it had broad shoulder. Whenever there is a fight between the girls in the group, she backs down.
Chars mom grabs the phone off Char and Annie hangs up. Phylis freaks out and tells Char that Annie got in with the wrong crowd and they destroyed her. Char tells Mads about the call from her Aunt Annie and Derek overhears. In " East Of Emma ", Derek tries to woo Char but gets himself taken down to the police precinct after they get a random tip to search his car. Thayer and Mads pick up Char for Sutton's birthday party. While Char and Thayer are talking, they seem to have a moment and Char figures out that Thayer was in LA with someone. In " O Twin, Where Art Thou? ", Char revealed she invited Annie Sewell, her aunt, and seemed to forget to tell everyone, including her mother, Phyllis. She later tells Emma that Phyllis got a DUI and when she, and Mads go to her house, she tells them to tell the school she cant make it and that she has to go see her mom's lawyer with Rebecca. In " When We Dead Awaken ", Char sent an SOS to Emma and rushes over there to finds Mads cleaning up after one of Phyllis's drinking binges.

She is the shortest in the group and is slightly overweight which makes her very self-conscious about it.
Char was thrilled to get Hodel's song, but when the performance came she froze, and ended up speaking the entire song. Char notes that it was hilarious, though her mother had not been impressed. In the books, Char's character was fierce- described as bossy, loud, bitchy and an alpha. In the show, Char seems to be a bit ditzier than the other girls, and feels as though she's always the last to know everything. In the books, Char is described as a pale, heavily freckled redhead with green eyes. In the books, Emma is surprised to learn Char is on the tennis team (whereas on the show, she does ballet), because Char's physique is more like that of a wrestler with broad shoulders, a thick waist, and even a bit pudgy.
